To achieve this, we have undertaken the following actions:
Keyword Research KW Business Plan
At the beginning of working on the website, most high-traffic keywords were related to branding terms. Therefore, a new plan was implemented, directly linked to the content of the offered courses and diplomas. This shifted the search requirements to include a diverse range of high-search-volume keywords.
Focus on keywords
At the beginning of the content strategy, the focus was on long-tail keywords to achieve high traffic rates within a lower competition range. Gradually, we transitioned to short-tail keywords with higher competition.
The keyword planning strategy relied on using Keyword Clusters, a method aimed at targeting groups of keywords related to the main keyword and similar in classification.
Keywords were integrated into the provided content without compromising its value or creating unnecessary filler.
We monitored competitors, researched the preferences of the target audience, and focused on providing users with more valuable content.
The Golden Keyword strategy was applied to avoid high-competition keywords and attract more visitors with lower difficulty.

Improve user experience
We monitored visitor behavior on the website using tools such as Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, and TruConversion to identify the elements that attract visitors through heatmaps and session recordings, and to better understand their needs.
We worked on improving the User Interface (UI) to make website navigation easier for visitors and to enhance its visual appeal to attract new users.
Efforts were made to optimize page loading speed and responsiveness.
We ensured the website design was developed to be compatible with various device types.
Experimental tests were conducted to evaluate the quality of the user experience at the end of each development phase, aiming to retain effective elements and adjust those that did not achieve success.

Result
Our team successfully resolved all technical and functional issues, achieving the desired results. This included bringing the website to the first-page rankings, increasing the number of visitors, and improving the conversion rate.
